Jennifer was born and raised in Garfield Heights. She is a graduate of Trinity High School where she played basketball, ran track and was a cheerleader. She is the youngest daughter of former State Representative and Army Veteran, Frank Mahnic Jr., who currently serves on the Governing Board of the Educational Service Center of Northeast Ohio. Her mother, Elsa Mahnic was born in Italy. As a first generation American, Jennifer has been instilled with a strong work ethic and commitment to serve.
Jennifer attended the University of Cincinnati where she majored in Criminal Justice/Juvenile Delinquency/Sociology and earned her Masters in Education. She was a Kappa Delta and served in numerous leadership positions. It is through her volunteer work at the University of Cincinnati that she met her husband, Keith Gaydosh, of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. Keith was a member of student government and in the prestigious honorary of Sigma Sigma. Keith Gaydosh is an environmental & civil engineer and consultant. He is a community volunteer coach, Vice President of the Broadview Heights Lions’ Club and has been COO of the South Hills Lend-a-Hand Community Foodbank.
Together they are the parents of Gwen and Luke Gaydosh. You can often find them cheering Gwen on at a court or field, or front row watching Luke on stage. They are proud residents of Broadview Heights since 2005, and are Assumption Church Parishioners.
