Storm and Sanitation Issues:
Just a reminder, if you are suffering from flooding issues or sanitary issues such as back ups please report it to the city. Some residents have reported to council representatives. Please report it to the city with the information below, that is the ONLY way to guarantee that the right person is being informed of your problem.
The city Administration has established a policy on reporting issues related to flooding. To report your flooding issue, during regular business hours (Mon.-Fri., 8:30-4:30), please call the City Hall main number (440/526-4357). After hours and on weekends/holidays…please call the Police Department non-emergency number (440/526-5400). Leave a detailed message including your name, address, phone number, and whether this is outdoor or indoor flooding issue and whether or not it is a sanitary flooding issue. It is very important that you leave all of this information.
